Background

This article is the complete Tech Stack for Appliance Repair Techs in the Field including Login setup guides. The order is somewhat important. Google Workspace First since this is the foundation. Its best of the employee is present so they can set their own personalized password, if not possible give a identical temporary password for all of the logins such as "@ApplianceTech123" and they can customize it later on. At this time passwords are store by using Chrome's password save function.

Reliable Parts doesn't appear to have master/dependencies logins. So for Reliable Parts simply use the existing master login and add emp ship address

Using Emp email address and follow remaining password steps

Todoist

Todoist > Settings > Invite members

With Todoist We are both going to add the emp and create a dedicated project folder that will be used to send tasks down to the representative.

Create a new Project in Todoist. It is very important this is an accurately otherwise so on may inadvertently see private data. Add Project > Restricted > Invite



Put a few test tasks in The Emp folder for later app testing

iWallet is absolutely outstanding for payment processing and a lot more. You can tell it was made just Field Service companies. Right now we use Square for credit cards and iWallet for checks.

Set Permission As Follow: View Only for ALL Vehicles & View and Edit for The Tech's Own Truck, eg Truck #3 etc
