Add New Folder, Name, Picture

Naming Convention = Stock Set [ Increment Number ] Employee Name

Create an image in ChatGPT, just use a prompt such as "Design a graphic using my company's logo, and we'll call it Stock Set #3 - Matt"

Upload the Stock Set Descriptor Image

We Now have a New Stock Set #3 with No Inventory

Find the Current Stock List

Located Google Workspace > Inventory > Current Q1 List > 360 Day Tab

Locate "All Parts" Folder In Sortly

Identify Each The First SKU on the List

Input SKU into All Parts Folder

Input SKU into All Parts Folder to Filter, then [ ... ] > then Clone

Delete the Arbitrary [ Copy ] Text

Choose The Stock Set We Are Building

Mark The SKU Off The Spreadsheet

Simply color the row to mark it was "done"

Repeat Until Every SKU on the list is built into the new Stock Set

All done
